Shaftesbury Capital has announced that NN.07, the sustainable menswear brand, has opened its debut UK standalone store in Covent Garden. NN.07 is set to be joined by eco-conscious suitwear retailer, Batch London, and travel-inspired apparel brand, Gandy’s International. The commitment of the trio of independent British retailers highlights the destination’s enduring appeal as a hub for both UK-founded and international brands.
NN.07 has launched its first standalone UK store in the heart of Covent Garden’s Seven Dials at 7 Earlham Street. Spanning 125sq ft, the new location showcases the brand’s collection of menswear essentials, including trousers, shirts, knitwear and accessories. NN.07, short for “No Nationality”, is known for redefining the modern casual wardrobe, crafting timeless pieces from high-quality materials.
Adding to Covent Garden’s expanding retail offer is British suit brand, Batch London, which will be opening at 9-11 Shorts Gardens in a 2000sq ft unit. Known for its sustainability-driven approach and commitment to ‘The Batch Model’, Batch London aims to build a community of conscious, forward-thinking shoppers, making luxury clothing accessible to everyone.
Completing the trio of Seven Dials debuts is renowned travel-inspired brand, Gandys, which is set to open at 66 Neal Street. The new 500sq ft store will be the brand’s only standalone store, featuring a wide range of products including travel clothing, durable backpacks, and carefully crafted accessories. Astounded by the support of local people after the Gandys founders were orphaned during the 2004 Indian Ocean Tsunami, they built a brand focused on giving back. Today Gandys donates 10% of every purchase to support multiple educational projects to help disadvantaged children around the world.
Anders Rahr, CEO of NN.07, added: “The interest and buzz around our brand in the UK is remarkable, and we’re thrilled to bring the full NN.07 experience to the heart of London in vibrant Covent Garden. Opening a flagship store in London is a step in our vision to establish NN.07 in iconic cities globally, where growing interest has created an opportunity for us to carefully select locations and partners that resonate with our vision and values. We are excited about the opportunity to meet and connect with the wonderful people of London and building new friendships and becoming an even more integral part of this dynamic community is something we have long been looking forward to.”
The trio of retail announcements follows the recent opening of British luxury lifestyle brand, Barbour, which has opened a new heritage concept store in Covent Garden’s Seven Dials.
