Atria Watford, owned by property company SGS and asset managed by Global Mutual in conjunction with Savills as property managers, has announced that British womenswear brand, Hobbs, has opened in the centre.
The store, which covers c. 3,300sq ft, incorporates aesthetic elements, such as a stone style entrance, carefully selected colour scheme and contemporary soft furnishings. It is situated in Charter Place, a prime location in the centre, which is now fully let for the first time since the development completed in 2019.
Steve Gray, head of European retail asset management at Global Mutual, said: “Hobbs is a great addition to atria Watford and we are excited to see the new store welcome shoppers. The brand joins a string of new names at the centre and its offer aligns exactly with what we want to give our visitors – quality, choice and excellent in-store experiences.
