Workman LLP, the UK’s largest independent commercial property management and building consultancy firm, has been appointed by Ares, W.RE, Northdale and Blue Noble to deliver property management services.
The run of high-profile mandates include Ares, where Workman has been appointed to act for a fund that has recently completed acquisitions of the Charlottee Street portfolio and 25 Charterhouse Square.
Meanwhile, W.RD instructed the firm to provide property management, ESG and placemaking services at the 200,000sq ft St Pancras Campus development. Workman’s Activate team will support the launch and ongoing enlivenment strategy for the campus.
Northdale Asset Management appointed the firm’s Retail & Leisure team to manage the 380,000sq ft One Stop Shopping Centre Perry Barr and the 203,000sq ft Priory Shopping Centre in Dartford.
And Blue Noble instructed Workman’s Welcome Offices team to manage 11 Brindleyplace.
