Cosmo Authentic World Kitchen signs for Glasgow mall redevelopment
St. Enoch Centre, Glasgow, is set to serve up a world of flavours in with the addition of Cosmo Authentic World Kitchen as part of the centre’s multi-million-pound redevelopment.
The restaurant is due to open in a 9,635 sq ft space in summer 2020 through the £40m project which will also include eight other restaurants, a nine-screen Vue cinema and enhanced retail space.
Cosmo Authentic World Kitchen brings buffet style service to a new level. Inspired by the best five-star hotels in the world, cuisine from across the globe is cooked fresh and right in front of customers, across six genres.
Graeme Jones at Sovereign Centros, said: “Cosmo is a hugely popular brand and with their wide variety of food on offer, freshly cooked in front of customers with flair, they will make a great addition to the revamped centre. The enhanced leisure and food offering at St.Enoch Centre is expected to attract an additional two million people to the centre every year and Cosmo will certainly play a key role in that.”
