International real estate advisor Savills, on behalf of DTZ Investors, has secured two new lettings at Red Rose Retail Park in Salford.
Wholesale electrical distributor Rexel has secured a new 10,990 sq ft sq ft site at the scheme on a 10 year lease, while Toolstation has agreed a deal for a new 3,702 sq ft store also for 10 years.
The park, which is home to a number of national trade counter operators, is now fully let.
Billy Seddon, associate in the industrial team at Savills Manchester, commented: “We’re delighted to have secured these two deals, which now takes the scheme to being fully let. The commitment from a further two high profile occupiers is testament to the strength of the scheme and its unrivalled location.”
