B&M and Iceland join line up at intu Merry Hill
Intu Properties has let two retail warehouse units totalling 40,000 sq ft at intu Merry Hill near Dudley to B&M and Iceland.
The larger letting is to B&M, which has agreed a new 15-year lease for a 31,000 sq ft store, while Iceland will occupy an 8,392-sq ft store on a 10-year lease. The new stores are situated on the retail park which forms part of intu Merry Hill, with occupiers including Matalan, Hobbycraft, Currys PC World, DFS, Home Bargains and Pets at Home.
Savills is letting agent; B&M was represented by Burns Property and Iceland by Mason Owen.
