Staines-Upon-Thames scheme adds two
Aberdeen Standard Investments has announced that Marks and Spencer will relocate to a flagship 20,000 sq ft store and Lidl will open a 15,700 sq ft store at Two Rivers, Staines-Upon-Thames.
The relocating Marks and Spencer will compromise a new foodhall over 50 per cent larger than the old store in the town.
Simon Moscow from Aberdeen Standard Investments commented: “Through proactive asset management, The Two Rivers Limited Partnership is delighted to bring Marks and Spencer and Lidl to Two Rivers. Both retailers will add to the well-rounded shopping, convenience and leisure offering, reinforcing Two Rivers as the premier destination in Staines Upon Thames.”
Lunson Mitchenall and Morgan Williams acted jointly for the Two Rivers Limited Partnership.
