Delhi Darbar and Donut King sign up for city centre development
Sovereign Centros, asset and development manager for the St Enoch Centre in Glasgow city centre, has secured two new restaurant lettings for the East End leisure development.
Indian tapas restaurant Delhi Darbar and Donut King have taken new outlets. They join Nandos, Cosmo and Smash Burger for the centre’s casual dining line-up. Delhi Darbar has taken a 20-year lease and Donut King a ten-year lease.
The East End scheme is due to open at the end of the year and will be anchored by a new nine-screen Vue cinema
Graeme Jones from Sovereign Centros commented: “This is great news at a difficult time in the market and underlines the strength of the city and the attractiveness of the project. St Enoch will be the ‘go to’ restaurant and leisure destination for the city.”
