London Stock and Story Coffee sign up for Wandsworth Town
Greenland has signed up two independent food and drink operators to Ram Quarter, its redevelopment of the former Young’s brewery site in Wandsworth Town, south west London.
Modern fine dining restaurant London Stock will take a 2,333 sq ft unit within a restored listed brewery building on a 15-year lease. The restaurant will be dual aspect, facing onto Ram Quarter’s Bubbling Well Square and Wandsworth High Street entrance.
Speciality coffee shop Story Coffee has signed a 20-year lease to open a 1,411 sq ft café and food store at Ram Quarter.
Chris Daly, deputy director – commercial at Greenland, said: “Our ambition is to provide a distinctive retail, leisure and F&B experience, set within the atmospheric surroundings of the former Young’s brewery site. Our partnership with London Stock and Story Coffee reflects this aspiration, with both providing a unique offering that isn’t currently available in Wandsworth.”
Bruce Gillingham Pollard and CBRE acted for Greenland.
