The Standard Life Investments UK Real Estate Fund has secured three tenants for newly-built units at Gateway retail park in Beckton, London, expanding the park’s catering offer.
The three new tenants, trading as Domino’s, Subway and Creams Café, will occupy 4,365 sq ft in newly built units, and will join existing tenants at the park, including B&Q, Tapi, Halfords, Wren Kitchens, Pets at Home, McDonald’s and KFC.
Fund Manager George Shaw said: “We’ve invested in building these units as part of our ongoing strategy to boost Gateway Retail Park’s status as a key destination for shoppers. The additional units will offer customers a broader mix of dine-in and takeaway restaurants”.
