Trafford Centre recently celebrated its retailers, leisure and F&B operators by hosting the Retailer Awards, recognising those delivering exceptional services and products. Taking place in the centre’s 25th anniversary year, the awards were designed to celebrate the retail, restaurant and leisure attractions that make Trafford Centre a destination that attracts 25 million visitors every year.
From small to large retailers, from customer services to food & beverage, the awards sought to recognise those brands and individuals who have gone above and beyond to optimise service and ensure that their store, restaurant or attraction at Trafford Centre delivers an exceptional customer experience.
The awards were judged by an expert, independent panel, carefully selected and vetted to ensure there were no conflicts of interests. The judging panel was represented by senior leaders with diverse experience and skill sets, championing excellence in in retail.
The winners were announced at the Retailer Awards Dinner, which took place at the O2 Victoria Warehouse in Manchester.
Russell Loveland, director of UK asset management at Pradera Lateral, asset managers of Trafford Centre, said: “Our retail partners are the heart of the centre, so we relish the opportunity to celebrate their dedication and high levels of service with these awards. This year is particularly special as it is Trafford Centre’s 25th anniversary year, and we’re delighted that it continues to be the biggest and best shopping centre in the region, with major flagship fashion stores, an unrivalled leisure offering and record-breaking restaurant sales. Our winners are all so deserving of their awards and the Pradera Lateral team is thrilled to celebrate with them and honour the retail teams that work so hard behind the scenes.”
The Trafford Centre Retailer Awards were sponsored by Smith Young, Hoare Lee, Savills, Leach Rhodes Walker, Metis, Pradera Lateral, RPP and Schofield Sweeney.
