The Body Shop, Superdrug and Toy Plant have announced plans for significant investment in their stores at shopping and leisure destination, Derbion, seeking to expand their current offer.
Toy Planet will also move into a new, larger space within the centre this spring, which will see it add more than 1,200 sq ft to its footprint.
The Body Shop will be unveiling a new concept store at Derbion, following a three-week re-fit in February.
And Superdrug has already begun work to refresh the front of its existing store, updating the lighting and fixtures throughout, with work set to be completed by mid-February.
Michael Boundy, senior asset manager at Derbion, commented: “We’re proud that so many of our retailers are showing such confidence in the centre, as well as the city, by investing in their stores.”
