Brasserie set over two floors opens doors in St David’s
The St David’s Partnership, owners of St David’s, Cardiff has announced the opening of all-day brasserie, The Ivy Cardiff, marking The Ivy Collection’s debut restaurant in Wales.
The new two-floor 5,400 sq ft brasserie has a capacity of up to 284 guests, an outdoor seating area, and a private dining room with views across The Hayes.
Speaking on behalf of the St David’s Partnership, a joint venture between Landsec and intu, Kate Grant, regional managing director for intu, said: “The launch of iconic British restaurant The Ivy Cardiff is a fantastic dining addition to St David’s, as we continue to attract leading national and international restaurants and retailers. The Ivy Cardiff’s global appeal and beautifully designed space will bring an added appeal for our visitors alongside the luxury brands already on The Hayes, with a truly refined day to evening dining offer that is not available anywhere else in the region.”
