Restaurant group has taken on two floors at St David’s centre
The St David’s Partnership, owners of St David’s in Cardiff, has announced the signing of high-end eatery, The Ivy Cardiff, the brand’s first restaurant in Wales.
The Ivy Collection will open a two-floor 5,600 sq ft brasserie this Autumn. The new brasserie has been designed by an in-house team and includes a feature tree as a focal point on the ground floor of the restaurant.
Speaking on behalf of the St David’s Partnership, a joint venture between Landsec and intu, Russell Loveland, senior portfolio director for Landsec, said: “This iconic restaurant is a fantastic addition to St David’s; its fine dining and unique atmosphere offers something new and exciting to the destination. We expect the internationally renowned brunch and all-day dining offer to be a firm favourite with the discerning Cardiff customer.”
