Birmingham destination achieves 100% occupancy after restaurant signs up
One of Birmingham’s best-known leisure venues, The Arcadian, is fully let for the first time in a number of years, after it a restaurant operator signed up for the only available unit.
Rozu Restaurant, a pan-Asian /Western fusion restaurant, is already undertaking extensive refurbishment works pat the 2746 sq ft first-floor unit, situated next to Teppanyaki , and will open in September 2019 after agreeing a 10-year lease with landlord LCP.
Centre manager Jo Kinsella said: “The Arcadian has long been a popular and vibrant city centre venue that has a huge range of restaurants, bars, clubs and shops and we are pleased to welcome yet another high-quality operator. Rozu completes what is a diverse offering here and we are confident that it complements perfectly the dining options already here.”
