Milligan appoints Stuart Harris as chief operating officer
Retail regeneration specialist Milligan has appointed Stuart Harris as chief operating officer. He was previously a co- founder and director of Queensberry Real Estate. He brings over 25 years’ experience in the leasing and development of mixed-use schemes across the UK.
