Sovereign Centros, on behalf of St Enoch shopping centre in the heart of Glasgow city centre, has signed a variety of new retailer and leisure operators.
Entertainment centre operator Level X has taken 28,000sq ft on a 20-year lease and is due to open by the end of this month. The operation will offer bowling, mini golf, karaoke pods, amusement arcades and a virtual reality game zone.
Toy retailer The Entertainer has exchanged on a 4,000sq ft unit on a 10-year lease and will open in November.
Danish retail chain Søstrene Grene, which is to open its first store in Scotland, has exchanged on a 9,000sq ft unit on a 10-year lease.
Superdry has completed a three-year lease renewal on its existing 18,000sq ft store.
Bubble tea operator, Hi Tea, has agreed a 10-year lease on an 800sq ft site in the Lower Buchanan Mall.
Mike Egerton, senior asset manager at Sovereign Centros, said: “These lettings reinforce St Enoch’s strength as a family destination for Glasgow and its dominance in the city centre.”
