St Christopher’s Place in London’s West End has launched ‘Summerscapes’, a six-week event to celebrate the summer with new dishes, offers and shopping experiences.
Located just off Oxford Street, St Christopher’s Place has undergone a European makeover to evoke the feel of a Mediterranean summer. The area has been transformed with yellow bunting adorning the streets of Gee’s Court and St Christopher’s Place, and visitors can sit back and enjoy the views in one of the Summerscapes brightly coloured deckchairs.
Throughout Summerscapes, the tenants of St Christopher’s Place will launch drinking and dining experiences, new products and exclusive offers to celebrate the season. One example is Lebanese ice-cream specialist, Festok, which has combined Mediterranean lemon and classic British strawberry flavours to make a six-week exclusive Summerscapes flavour
In addition, for five weeks St Christopher’s Place is hosting Art Hour. These are free lunchtime art classes (first come, first served) running in the square from 1-2pm. Visitors are invited to join artists Louise Angus and Dominika Prinzova for just 15 minutes or the full hour each week for an interactive painting session to learn new techniques. Participants will be set up with an easel and art kit to paint a variety of summery subjects, capturing the essence of Summerscapes.
