Sovereign Centros has taken over asset management Merry Hill, the former intu destination, in Briery Hill.
In June 2020, lenders appointed Ellandi to take control of Merry Hill shopping centre after intu went into administration.
Ellandi has led a successful stabilisation process and ownership has been transferred away from the intu brand.
Merry Hill has been re-launched and Sovereign Centros will now take over the demand from retailers to renew leases or take new space in the destination.
