Commercial property owner, asset manager and developer Sorbon Estates has announced that Lounges, F45 and Sauce & Flour have all signed up for the mixed-use development, Waterside Quarter, in the heart of Maidenhead’s town centre.
Backed by celebrity shareholder Mark Wahlberg, training brand F45 has over 1,750 studios in 45 countries across the world and is opening its newest in Waterside Quarter.
Informal café bar brand Lounges, will open the ‘Bardo Lounge’, introducing its focus on fresh produce and eccentric interiors to the town.
And Sauce & Flour offers home-made pastas, sauces, and bread, bringing an Authentic Mediterranean feel to Maidenhead’s new food quarter.
The development of Waterside Quarter is the next stage of Maidenhead town centre’s transformation, with Coppa Club and Bakedd already in place.
Katherine Croom, managing director of Sorbon Estates said, “Whilst creating this new retail, food and leisure quarter in Maidenhead town centre we have taken a selective leasing approach to ensure that any incoming brands are a good fit for the town.
“There is a great deal of investment being poured into Maidenhead’s transformation and these brands are ideal for Waterside Quarter and the growing local community. Ensuring a diverse and aspirational offering that blends retail food and leisure will enhance the local area and provide an added draw for both residents and visitors to the town.”
Space Retail and Nick Young and Co advised the developer, with the tenants representing themselves.
