The Broadway, Bradford to house seventh UK kids’ store
River Island has signed a lease for a kidswear store in the Broadway, Bradford trading from a 3,378-sq ft unit.
The Broadway, which celebrated its 3rd year since opening in November, welcomed over seven new retailers in 2018 including Specsavers, Superdrug and Footlocker. More are expected to open in 2019, including Frankie’s Burger Restaurant.
The new store will offer all of River Island’s baby, toddler and children’s wear collections, including its recently launched gender neutral kids wear line.
General manager Ian Ward said: “River Island Kids is another important addition to our growing list of well-loved retailers. The award-winning lifestyle brand chose Bradford to be home to its seventh UK kids wear store due to the popularity and high sales of children’s clothes which have previously been sold from within the centre’s River Island store.”
