The Regal Centre in Daventry is fully let for the first time in a year after the final two units were taken by local businesses.
National commercial property and investment company LCP, which owns and manages the centre, has agreed a 15-year lease for unit 3 with Sivas Food Ltd, and a 15-year lease with Indigo Sun Retail Ltd for unit 4.
Shivas Food is operating a franchise of Alaturka Doner UK. The 50-cover restaurant will serve a range of Turkish specialities, including healthy traditional kebabs, sides and desserts.
Frank Taylor, managing director of Indigo Sun, said the Regal Centre is its 90th tanning shop and the 1177 sq ft unit is fitted with the latest range of sunbeds, including lie down beds with hybrid technology/red light therapy/Bluetooth connect and cinematic sound.
Martin Wade, LCP asset manager, said: “These lettings demonstrate that confidence is returning to retail and that the Regal Centre can attract ambitious businesses with an appetite for growth. We’re pleased to welcome Shivas Food Ltd and Indigo Sun Retail.”
The Regal Centre comprises nine retail units, including Papa John’s, Specsavers, Domino’s, Subway and Clinton’s Cards, and provides free parking up to 2.5 hours.
