P-Three, the real estate consultancy has appointed Kate Sadler as a Director.
Sadler joins P- Three from CWM, where she held the position of partner. Prior to that, she spent ten years at Cushman & Wakefield.
Kate’s experience is extensive, having advised on some of London’s best known mixed-use assets, such as Battersea Power Station, the Shaftesbury Estate, the Howard De Walden Estate, Borough Yards, Waterloo.London and Leak Street Arches.

P- Three’s current mandates in the F&B sector include advisory roles on the redevelopment of the former House of Fraser at 318 Oxford Street, Bankside Yards in Southwark, One Tower Bridge Estate, Tower42 in the City of London. P- Three also has several high profile occupier representation instructions, such as Third Space, Puttshack, Rosa’s Thai and DF/Tacos.
