P-Three, the real estate agency and consultancy who focus on mixed use development and prime retail and leisure leasing, has appointed leading central London and shopping centre leasing expert, Raquel Sanchez Diaz.
Diaz has joined P-Three as a director to further expand the growth of the company’s West End and prime shopping centre client base.
Bringing over 15 years’ experience advising the owners and asset managers of some of the best-known streets in the capital, including the King’s Road and Sloane Street for Cadogan and Regent Street for The Crown Estate., Diaz has also acted on a number of prime retail and leisure destinations, such as Bluewater, Westfield London and Westfield Stratford.
She joins P-THREE following nine years at CBRE and six years prior to that at JLL.
Commenting on her appointment, Raquel Sanchez Diaz said: “There is an even greater emphasis than ever on the link between the quality of relationships and culture to the delivery of meaningful results.
“P-Three has understood this from day one and built a great team in which everyone lives and breathes their clients’ businesses and places as they themselves do. P-Three’s culture also values and empowers individuals, and that appeals to me greatly too.
“Combined with the business model, it creates an environment in which I am confident I shall thrive, both personally and professionally.”
Hannah McNamara, co-founder of P-Three, added: “P-Three is deliberately different; we prioritise people, culture and fresh thinking, and it is an approach that clients appreciate and enjoy. Consequently, as we grow, we want like-minded people that not only understand and share our philosophy, but who add to it.
“Raquel is just such a person; her experience is second-to-none, but her personality, perspective and drive are what really stand out. They are traits we value, and which we believe make P-Three a better business, both to work for and with.”
P-Three’s current clients include St James Quarter in Edinburgh, Lakeside, Potsdamer Platz in Berlin, and South Kensington Station Estate.
The team is also advising on the redevelopment of the former House of Fraser at 318 Oxford Street, Bankside Yards in Southwark, One Tower Bridge Estate, Tower42 in the City of London.
