Fast fashion brand takes unit in the Liberty centre
Quiz, the omni-channel fast-fashion brand, has opened a new store at The Liberty Romford shopping centre, the 110-unit preeminent shopping and lifestyle centre located in the heart of the town.
The new store is based in Unit F7, a 3,849-sq ft space comprising a 2,206-sq ft Ground Floor and 1,643-sq ft First Floor. The unit, on the centre’s East Mall, was formerly occupied by New Look Menswear and is adjacent to Three and Smiggle.
Ronan Rooney, head of commercial property for Cosgrave Property Group, asset manager of The Liberty Romford, said: “We are delighted to have attracted QUIZ to The Liberty. We believe they are an ideal fit, not only for the centre, but for Romford. Securing their tenancy so quickly after New Look Men closing is a latest endorsement for the centre and emphasizes just how important the centre is on the retail scape. That attraction to major retailers remains robust because of the heart-of-town location in a town with a substantial regional draw.”
