Queensberry’s Tunsgate Quarter to open from March 15
Tunsgate Quarter, the 80,000-sq ft retail and leisure development being rebuilt and reconfigured in the heart of Guildford town centre, will open to customers on Thursday 15th March 2018. The scheme is currently 70 per cent pre-let.
OKA, The White Company, Bobbi Brown, Loaf, Cath Kidston and lululemon will all open at launch, joining the existing TM Lewin on the High Street. The Ivy Castle View, with an al-fresco dining terrace and spectacular view of Guildford Castle and the Surrey Hills, will soon follow in mid-spring. Nespresso will also open a ‘Boutique’ concept store, offering in-store coffee masterclasses and an interactive experience, in May.
Stuart Harris, commercial director and co-founder at Queensberry, said: “The centre has brought both new shopping and dining opportunities to Guildford. Combined with the brands’ own store fit-outs, over £30m has been invested into Tunsgate Quarter to create an attractive and appealing shopping and dining experience.”
Lyons + Sleeman + Hoare is the architects for Tunsgate Quarter. The agents are Bruce Gillingham Pollard and Cushman & Wakefield. ISG PLC is the contractor for the scheme.
