Tower Retail Park in Crayford adds gym group
Nuveen Real Estate has let leisure space at Tower Retail Park in Crayford, South East London to PureGym.
The health and fitness chain has agreed a new 20 year lease for the 10,800 sq ft unit in the former Topps Tiles and Maplin stores at the scheme.
Nuveen Real Estate was represented jointly by Savills and Morgan Williams.
