AOK Kitchen & Bakery, Everbean Deli and Blue Dot Coffee to open in Marylebone
The wide choice of dining options on the Portman Estate continues to grow, with three new independent F&B lettings on the 110-acre Estate in London’s Marylebone district. These new arrivals will take the Estate’s dining offer to 40 restaurants, cafés and delis.
AOK Kitchen & Bakery – the debut restaurant from The Arts Club’s Kelly Landesberg -has taken 3,500 sq ft at 52-55 Dorset Street. Everbean has opened in 900 sq ft on Seymour Place and Blue Dot Coffee has signed for 450 sq ft on Old Quebec Street.
Philip Norris, head of retail at the Portman Estate said: “The mix of owner-operated shops and restaurants is an important part of Marylebone’s unique character. We’ve no doubt these new arrivals will further cement the area as one of London’s must-visit dining destinations.”
