Residential extension approved at Broadwalk shopping centre in Knowle
Bristol City Council has approved Pelican’s proposals to demolish the multi-storey car park and former library site at Broadwalk shopping centre in south Bristol and develop up to 420 flats.
The centre will remain open during construction and the project will include up to 130,000 sq ft of additional retail, leisure, office and community floorspace.
