Specialist UK leisure and property agency, Shelley Sandzer, has secured a new site for ‘better burger’ restaurant concept Patty & Bun.
The restaurant is set to open in Clapham on the shopping and dining destination Northcote Road.
The 1,537 sq ft unit is located adjacent to Northcote Records and will be the brand’s ninth location London and tenth overall. The new restaurant is set to open in early 2022, and will offer 35 covers inside, and 10 outdoors.
Patty & Bun’s menu features a selection of plant-based, gluten free and halal options on the menu, all using fresh ingredients, with a focus on valuing tradition, simplicity and quality.
Joe Grossman, founder of Patty & Bun, commented: “Expanding our business is always something we are excited about, and we feel Clapham reflects our brand ethos in the best way and will be a great addition to our collection of sites.”
Ted Schama, joint managing partner of Shelley Sandzer, added: “There has been increased demand from consumers for much-loved West End brands to open in non-central London locations. Localism and hybrid working are well-established, and it’s important that diners not only have their favourites embedded within the bright lights of the West End, but on their doorstep too.
“Patty & Bun is taking the opportunity to expand to a trendy area of the capital and the move will bring growth to the business and be a great addition to the Clapham and Battersea community.”
