Brasier Freeth has been appointed as joint leasing agent for Arc Shopping Centre, Bury St Edmunds, acting on behalf of CBRE Investment Management.
Brasier Freeth has traditionally advised on all lease advisory matters, however its mandate has now been extended to leasing, working alongside JLL.
Arc Shopping Centre comprises 260,000sq ft of modern retail and leisure accommodation, including 36 shops, cafes, restaurants and a multipurpose 500-seat cultural venue.
Major fashion anchors in the scheme include Next, H&M, New Look, Crew Clothing, JD Sports, Hobbs and Jo Jo Maman Bebe. Restaurant occupiers include Carluccio’s, Nando’s and Byron situated adjacent to an 850 capacity car park.
