Metis Real Estate Advisors announces Peter Barker as new Director
Metis Real Estate Advisors, the independent retail, leisure and investment agency business, has today that Peter Barker has joined its advisory team as Director.
Barker was most recently a property director at Lovisa where he drove the brand’s growth from its debut Leeds store in 2015 to over 40 stores across the UK. Prior to this, he was head of northern retail at Savills, most notably acting for UBS on Birmingham’s Primark, the brand’s largest store in the world.
