Commercial property manager MAPP has been mandated to manage Strathkelvin Retail Park in Glasgow, a 325,000 sq ft asset owned by Derwent London and Caledonian Property Investors.
Strathkelvin Retail Park is situated 4 miles to the north east of Glasgow City Centre and comprised of a variety of 24 occupiers including B&Q, Marks & Spencer and Next, supported by 1,200 parking spaces.
