Colliers, alongside Knight Frank, on behalf of APML Estate, has launched The Collection at Knightsbridge Gate, a retail destination for luxury brands.
The building, which provides one of London’s longest unbroken retail parades, is a brand new modern mixed-use scheme, behind a Grade II listed façade, comprising retail, office and residential accommodation.
The Collection contains up to 12 individual retail units, which can be flexibly combined, to deliver a range of units totalling approximately 24,000 sq ft across ground and basement floors.
