Mechanicals and electrical engineering, building and maintenance specialist, Linaker, has been awarded a multi-million pound contract by Liverpool One to manage the planned preventive maintenance and reactive works for the combined 42.5 acres of the retail and leisure destination, including its Green Flag accredited five-acre park, to ensure it remains one of Europe’s leading cultural destinations.
The three year contract will begin on 1 March 2021 and will see Linaker implement a 17-man team, inclusive of Account Manager through to Apprentices.
