National commercial property and investment company LCP has acquired Darlington’s Russell Street Retail Park for £1.8 million.
The park comprises three units with a total of 24,840 sq ft, with occupiers Halfords and the British Heart Foundation, with the final unit void. There is also a 135-space car park.
