Rosa’s Thai Cafe latest to open in Bluewater Plaza
Landsec has signed Rosa’s Thai Cafe has for 2,500 sq ft in the Bluewater plaza leisure extension, meaning the redevelopment of the former Glow exhibition centre is now 100 per cent let or in solicitor’s hands.
Robert Hardie, portfolio director at Landsec, co-owner and asset manager of Bluewater, said: “Guests at Bluewater have told us for some time that they would like to see Thai cuisine offered as part of our dining options. We have seen strong demand for space in the plaza and we know Rosa’s Thai Cafe will be a popular addition. We’re looking forward to them opening their doors later this year.”
The opening of Rosa’s Thai Cafe follows on from the success of the plaza’s Showcase Cinema de Lux expansion and the opening of GraVity, the UK’s premium trampoline park, at the end of last year.
