JYSK, the global Danish homeware retailer, has set out its plans to drive forward with its next phase of international expansion.
As its upcoming financial year commences in September 2021, JYSK will carry out ten store activities in the UK alone, with at least two new stores planned before the end of December, and several more stores due to be updated to the newest JYSK store concept 3.0.
Country Manager for JYSK in the UK, Roni Tuominen, said: “As the UK continues to emerge from the restrictions caused by the pandemic, we are seeing increasing confidence from customers to come and shop back in store once again.
“It’s the perfect time for us to push forward with full throttle on our plans for expansion within the UK market. Alongside introducing JYSK to some exciting new locations in the UK, we’re investing significantly in upgrading several more of our stores to our latest store concept 3.0, bringing a fresh new look and enhanced customer experience to our shoppers.”
