JLL for three-year management instruction on behalf of Network Rail
JLL has won a three-year instruction to manage Victoria Place Shopping Centre on behalf of Network Rail. JLL will take on the day to day management of the 83,000 sq ft scheme situated in London’s Victoria Station from the start of 2020.
Victoria Place Shopping Centre includes 38 retail units and is anchored by Next, New Look, Boots, Sainsbury’s and Leon.
Carrie Sanders, head of JLL’s retail management team, said: “Network Rail is a great new client and we are pleased to have secured this appointment with them. There are exciting plans in place for Victoria Place Shopping Centre which we are thrilled to be part of.
