DTZ Investors has announced the completion of a renewal deal with Hollywood Bowl at Springfield Quay in Glasgow.
The leisure offer is a long standing anchor tenant on the scheme occupying 25,000 sq ft. The deal maintains the passing rent and extends the term to 2042.
The announcement stated: “Despite the ongoing challenges presented by the pandemic it shows that some leisure tenants are able to look through the fog and begin making positive decisions on sites with a history of trading well.”
