Savills advises KPMG on the disposal of the travel agent’s retail store estate
International real estate advisor Savills has assisted KPMG on the disposal of the Thomas Cook retail store estate.
Terms have been agreed with the UK’s largest independent travel agent, Hays Travel, to acquire the Thomas Cook estate in its entirety.
