Hammerson has announced that Pierre Bouchut, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee has informed the Board that he will not stand for re-election at the 2021 Annual General Meeting.
The Board has asked Mike Butterworth to succeed Pierre as Chair of the Audit Committee once Pierre stands down at the end of the Meeting.
The Board also announced the appointment of Habib Annous as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 5th May 2021. Habib will become a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
Habib brings 30 years’ experience in investment management across a range of sectors. Most recently, he was a partner at Capital Group, an active investment management business with assets under management of over $2 trillion, from 2002 to 2020.
