Greggs rounds out Great Yarmouth retail park
Great Yarmouth retail park Gapton Hall is now fully let after the arrival of Greggs into its only vacant unit.
The bakery chain has signed a 10 year lease on a 1,500 sq ft store, following summer openings by Card Factory, Shoe Zone, Superdrug and Cancer Research UK.
Mark Kelly, asset manager at Argo Real Estate, said: “We are delighted that Greggs is the latest retailer to join Gapton Hall Shopping, taking us to fully occupied. Greggs will add a new dimension to our strong retail mix at Gapton Hall Shopping and will be extremely popular with our customers.”
