Consumers are being treated to free family film screenings in Jubilee Square at Victoria Place in Woking.
There’s no need to book – families can just turn up and watch. All films listed are U-rated will start at 2pm. Titles include Mary Poppins Returns, The Paw Patrol Movie, Trolls: World Tour and Cars 3.
There will also be free screenings of CBeebies favourites on selected weekday mornings starting from 9.45am. Plus, there will be sporting action from Wimbledon (June 27-July 10), followed by the Commonwealth Games (July 28-August 8), all live on a big screen.
John-Paul Jackson, centre manager, Victoria Place says: “We’re really pleased to be offering a full programme of films for families to enjoy this summer. We hope people take the opportunity of paying us a visit and experiencing the exciting new heart of the town. Elsewhere in Victoria Place (the new name for Woking’s entire town centre development), the new Henry Plaza atrium is now fully open with its state-of-the-art M&S and fashion brands such as Moss and Skechers. And new leisure options will be opening during the summer including Woking Superbowl, fitness club The Gym and a performing arts summer school for children at Italia Conti.
