Fitness studio opens its doors in Islington
CBRE Global Investors has announced that specialist London-based operator Frame has opened its 5,200 sq ft fitness studio at Angel Central, Islington.
The newly created bespoke basement space features three specialist studios: for Barre, Yoga and Dance; for Reformer Pilates; and one for HIIT and Strength training. The class-based fitness brand was founded in 2009 and Angel Central will serve as its seventh London location.
Commenting on the opening, Laura Wilson-Brown, head of asset management UK at CBRE Global Investors, said: “The redevelopment of Angel Central included a space designed and intended for a fitness operator, and Frame is a perfect fit with their existing presence in London and expertise in class-based fitness.”
Pip Black, co-founder of Frame, added: “This diverse and energetic Islington location is set to serve us well, with the bespoke space perfectly designed for our needs. We offer something completely different from other fitness operators, and are confident that Angel Central’s local visitors, workers and residents alike will love our fun-filled, energetic, and tailored classes.”
CBRE and CWM acted for Angel Central. Insight Retail represented Frame.
