Jack Wills is the fourth retailer in two months to relocate to Bon Accord, Aberdeen
Capreon, the Noé Group real estate business, has signed Jack Wills on a new 10-year lease at Bon Accord shopping centre in Aberdeen. Jack Wills are relocating from the neighbouring Academy Centre to occupy a 4,400-sq ft unit in the heart of Bon Accord. The young fashion brand adds to the centre’s existing fashion range which includes Next, Topshop, River Island, New Look, Kurt Geiger, Jigsaw, Deichmann, Hobbs and Karen Millen.
The centre has attracted four new lettings in the past two months, with Jack Wills joininvg Subway, Deichmann and Elegance Hair & Beauty. All four new arrivals to Bon Accord have taken 10-year leases, indicating real confidence in the long-term success of the centre.
