Luxury fashion retailer Flannels will become the latest high-profile arrival at The Liberty Shopping Centre in Romford, which is managed by Global Mutual, after signing a new 15-year lease for an 11,564 sq ft unit.
The new Flannels unit, which is set to open in early 2022, will bring an impressive offering of luxury, contemporary and emerging fashion brands to the centre.
Steven Gray, head of European retail asset management at Global Mutual, which manages the centre, said: “This latest round of lettings highlights the appeal of our centre to both independent and international retailers, who recognise the value of what we can offer as a shopping destination. It is hugely encouraging to see major retailers like Frasers Group and H&M investing in their physical presence within our centre, which we believe will have a positive ripple effect for all our retailers”.
