Australian fitness chain F45 secures next London site in Vauxhall
Australian fitness franchise F45 Training has secured its next London site in Vauxhall. The deal takes the total number of F45 studios open or due to open this year in London to 25. The operator has agreed a new 10-year lease for a 3,608-sq ft unit in Vauxhall Arches, owned by Network Rail Infrastructure, located on Goding Street
F45 was established in Bondi in 2013 and has since opened more than 1200 venues across the Asia Pacific region, the Middle East, North America and Europe, making it one of the fastest growing fitness franchises in the world.
On behalf of the operator, Savills continues to seek single level units of between 2,000 and 3,300 sq ft in high footfall locations close to retail and residential areas or transport hubs in Greater London and large UK cities, with two sites recently secured in Bristol and Bath.
David Bell, head of UK leisure at Savills, adds: “F45 has already proven to be hugely successful in London and we are delighted to be supporting the brand’s ongoing expansion in the capital and beyond.”
