National toy retailer to open at Swan Centre
The Swan centre, Kidderminster is set to welcome the Entertainer. The fastest-growing, family-owned high street toy retailer in the UK has committed to a 10-year lease on 5,000 sq ft at the centre. Landlords’ works to create the two-storey space are nearing completion.
The Entertainer now has 153 stores across the UK. It will join existing tenants at the 100,000-s qft centre including B&M Bargains, Heron Foods, Vodafone, EE, Specsavers and Game.
Richard Dunling, asset manager at landlord Edinburgh House Estates, said: “The Swan Centre is attracting new and exciting brands and we look forward to sharing more news over the coming months.”
