Dyson has opened its second UK Demo store – at the Trafford Centre. The new 130m2 store has taken over from the successful Dyson Mall Demo Zone and is home to Dyson’s full portfolio of award-winning technologies: environmental care, hair care, floor care and lighting.
The new Trafford Centre store features a range of demonstration zones, manned by Dyson experts. The Dyson Demo Store offers live air quality demonstrations, showing indoor air quality data and a variety of debris for customers to use when trialling the floor care machines..
The store also houses the first Dyson Beauty Lab in the North-West where shoppers can book in with a Dyson stylist for a personalised session. The area features three styling stations for visitors to come in and enjoy a wash and blow dry, the cost of which is redeemable against any purchase in-store. Customers are also able to take advantage of personalisation options on hair care presentation cases with complimentary case debossing.
